To advocate, for the right of the Thamil people of Sri Lanka; in the homeland and Diaspora, to exercise the right to Self-Determination, to attain the legitimate aspirations of the Thamil Nation and its people, through Dialogue and Diplomacy with the United Nations, the international community and the regional power India.
